Children's Yoga and Creative Movement
Join Pip Yoga for story time and yoga play! Read a children's book and move along with the story as a gentle and fun introduction to yoga and movement for you and your littles. Please, wear comfy clothes to move in and bare feet or socks with grips. Mats are provided, come as you are! Pip Yoga is a children's yoga studio and takes a mindful, playful approach to yoga instruction tailor-made for kids. All are welcome! Children must be accompanied by caregiver.
