Fall 2025 will feature three Tree Tours of the Westmoor Arboretum at Westmoor Park. Tours will be conducted by tree naturalist Bill Gleason. Each tour will be held on a Saturday; rain date the following Sunday in case of severe weather.
Due to several requests, we have lowered the age limit to 10 years of age (must be accompanied by an adult). This is an Adult level talk but if younger folks are interested in the science of trees - they are cordially invited.
Some of our most spectacular Fall trees turn "late" (Sourwood, Sugar Maple, Kentucky Coffee Tree) and this is a general time they change. Peak foliage is fleeting in any year, but there's tons to see even on boht sides of prime time. In any case, be prepared for a wonderful show of vibrant Fall color and great Fall photos.
