Join Pip Yoga for a super fun class for kids ages 8-12! With a focus on balance, strength, flexibility and mindfulness, this class moves through yoga poses in a playful, welcoming environment. Both challenging and fun, this class introduces yoga games and partner yoga, allowing kids to spend time with friends during class. Please, wear comfy clothes to move in and bare feet or socks with grips. Mats are provided, come as you are! Pip Yoga is a children’s yoga studio and takes a mindful, playful approach to yoga instruction tailor-made for kids. All are welcome!
