Ivy Bound Summer ACT Essentials classes meet online for two and three weeks. Each is led by an Ivy Bound instructor who covers all four sections of the SAT.
Through WH Leisure Services the fee is $475 (regularly $850 and will be $950 in the Fall).

A shortened version of our full class, the “ACT Essentials Class” teaches students the most essential skills, test-taking strategies, and time management information.
The fee includes:

Practice Test Reviews. These meet online every other Sunday night July to December 1.
Help Line - Wednesday evening group online sessions in the late summer and fall.
Access to online materials, practice questions, and proctored full-length practice tests.

Choose from one of four summer sessions. Students wanting added private tutoring can do so at discounted rates and no enlistment fee. Students who prefer exclusively private tutoring may contact the Ivy Bound office at 860-926-1946.

A "Full" class, with an added nine hours running on the following three weekdays, is $300 additional. The Full class gets students deeper into the material, adding more skills, test-taking pointers, and time-management strategies.

For students who are taking BOTH the ACT and SAT, Ivy Bound offers an SAT add-on class. This class uses what you’ve already learned from ACT prep to narrow its focus to SAT-specific content and strategies. The opt-in SAT add-on class is an added $325.

Ivy Bound has held ACT prep classes since 2005. The ACT is an equally good route to college scholarships and admissions. For many students it is the optimal test.

Please note: each class requires sufficient enrollment in order to run. Those purchasing space in a class that is under-enrolled and does not run are entitled to a refund of the initial purchase price, or a place in a class that is running.
