Join Madame Machelle for hands-on French cooking experiences. Students will learn about the culinary history of different regions and prepare recipes typical to that area. Students are urged to bring an apron and/or wear casual clothes for cooking. All ingredients are included in each session. Students will work in small groups to prepare recipes for each region and will take home their culinary creations to enjoy at home. Please bring 3 containers with lids to transport your food. “Parisian Bistro Favorites: Join Madame Machelle for a culinary journey around Paris. Many of the most classic and well-loved French recipes are served in Bistros throughout Paris. A Bistro is a small, casual, sit-down dining venue, which offers traditional French "home-style" dishes for lunch and dinner. The menu is typically limited and changes from day to day. We will prepare a variety of Bistro favorites, including an apéro, an entrée, and a dessert. Please bring an apron and 3 containers with lids to transport your food. Instructor: Machelle Rosenlieb
