Complete this form if you plan on registering your child for any 2025 Westmoor Park Summer Camp programs (This includes, Preschool Nature and Discovery, 1/2 day AM camp, and our Full day camp). By completing this registration form now, it will expedite the registration process. You only need to complete one waiver for the entire summer regardless of how many weeks of Westmoor Camp your child attends.

While there is no cost to complete the waiver, you will need to Checkout, Accept Waiver, Complete the form and Submit the form to complete the process. When you have completed the Westmoor Park waiver registration you will receive a message that you have successfully completed the process.
