If your child has an EPIPEN or will be requiring ANY TYPE OF MEDICATION to be administered during camp hours you will need to register through this "program". Please complete the form that is attached and upload your Doctor's prescription where requested. There is no registration fee. You will need to go through the entire process and "Check Out" in order to save your information.
